I ordered a custom Clare hot Box one through them a while back - Took em' about 2-3 weeks.
I'd definitely email them like Fraser said, they always seemed to be fairly quick on getting back to me.
I did Thursday and no reply Friday so they will probably get back to me tomorrow. I was just curious how long the prices took thank you Brett!

Yea, I believe it took ours 3 weeks. They have to make them and ship them so..ehh..I'm sure they will be there soon!!
