I am trying to cut 21 pounds in the next 3 months i changed my diet and all more cardio.... My question is how do you know where your truely at wieght wise becasue a gallon or more of water a day ? it like i am dieting and more cardio and my weight is staying somewhat nuetral and i know i am losing weight i can see it physically? do i just go 2 days of light water drinking and eating to see where i stand? advice....
