Defense soap and oil.
Surprisingly enough, toothpaste works the best for me. Fluoride is a hell of a drug. If you're really desperate you can bleach it with small amounts of bleach, but I must warn you, this comes with it's dangers. Some things are just not meant for biological life to consume and or come in contact with.
All topical usages of course, don't consume it. You'll die.
