101 and 405 pass

I use the 101 pass and the 405 pass a lot. I was wondering if there are any quality, suggested vids of these passes? Is there any other names they go by, maybe? I can't find anything worth a damn on YouTube (shocker!) or anywhere for that matter. I found a couple vids but all junk.. Also, If any of you simply have advice on either pass that you don't mind sharing...

Haha. Kinda. The 101 is findable, nothnng new tho. but I really am looking for the 405 pass and some variations.
