Who uses it. Who loves it.
I was focusing on it for awhile but went away from it to work on other projects but decided to revisit the crucifix last night. I think it has a lot of potential for domination.

Anyone please throw up any sick set ups you find/know! 10WO is only getting stronger with the sharing of knowledge!
Wouldn't mind hearing some myself.
It was my go-to move for a bit on people who'd turtle up. Shigeki Matsuda will tighten up your crucifix game in no time. The problem that I've been having recently is people going straight to their back once they feel you creepin with that foot to trap the arm, but I can't complain about having side control either.
There was a slick video floating around demonstrating an armbar from the crucifix position, I'll have to look for it again. I'd definitely like some tips on how to control the lower body while cinching everything up top.
I love the crucifix. Unfortunately I forget about at it times, since the only postion I'm effective at setting it up is from top sprawl. Between back takes, darces, twister rolls, jnt, guillotine, pnt, I forget about the crucifix too often.
Thanks Griffin, MG broke that down very well, including the options available from there.
I love the crucifix!
Its a situation where both your opponents arms are neutralized but you have a hand free to do damage!
The Marcelo video above is boss, he attacks the armbar and one hand choke at the same time, its very hard for people to defend both submission while trying to escape.
