Bama Boys

Want to thank the Bama Boys for all the knowledge they laid down this weekend. Couldn't ask for a better group of people to train with. You guys made me feel welcome and treated me like a brother. Once I am able to move without feeling like I'm dying, I will definitely be working in the lessons I learned. Special thanks to Brandon, Bobby, Sam and Sean.

Nice! I didn't get a roll in with you. Next time! But we had a blast. It was nice to get away for a few days and train with some new/different people.
