For small guys (and girls) only! Part 1

Being one of the smaller guys at my academy, I've often had to deal with guys who outweigh my and outpower me. Over the years I've come up with some ways for dealing with these guys and I'm going to share my thoughts in a series of blog posts. In addition, I've reached out to some of the BEST small guys in BJJ to get their best tips for sparring with bigger, stronger guys.
