I'm really digging the one Marcelo shows: its a butterfly assisted lateral from over/under clinch. Amir shows one very similar.
I wrestled D3 but don't use much offensive takedown wrestling in jiu jitsu. I usually prefer to let my opponent initiate and feel comfortable with my counters from there. I use good single leg defense to either end up in sprawl control or put him on his back and finish in a dominant position.
When I am being offensive, I prefer to stick with upper body control and look for trips, duck unders, and tosses rather than shooting take downs and having to defend my neck. Ankle picks with a collar tie or under hook are usually my go-to.
