Question for Einstein!?!?!?

Just got done watchin your dvd and I have to say that the gag reflex is one of the dirtiest things i've seen yet with RG. How often do you use it? I'm going to put it into my game instantly. I haven't seen anyone else hit it.

I use it all the time, especially if i'm having trouble getting the hand to the mat.
