Shout out to my Coach Frank Barca!

Just gotta say what a great private class I had with my Instructor Frank.
Since I received my blue from him I dropped back on privates a bit just because I wasn't sure how to approach them at that level.

THE SINGLE DUMBEST THING I COULD'VE DONE :p

I went to Frank looking to tweak some of my regular game and he blew the lid off my techniques, adding so many levels and options my head almost exploded with the possibilities.
Recieved a big upgrade, just had to share it.

Be sure to get privates from your Instructors, THEY'RE GOLD!!!

Seriously the dude reinvigorated my stagnant half guard game with two tweaks, I asked him on the spot it's not even his regular game.
Blew my freaking mind how much is in his noggin.
He broke down concepts based on triangle defence that has changed the way I look at passing, and made my #1 kill zone the N/S posish even more er,... Killier haha.

June hey? I'm about due for holidays then too :D
