Coach Chris"ZOG"Herzog Seminar:Lisle,Illinois 4-19-2014

I have not been on the forum for way to long! A lot has happened in last year and 2014 will be gangster as hell for us and to start things off proper i'm bringing Coach ZOG out for a leg kinking seminar you don't want to miss!! we will also be having Brandon Kelly(Undisputed strength co/crossfit Joliet) for a small Block before ZOG Takes the mat to cover proper Dynamic warm ups and body maintenance for combat athletes it will be sick info. But WAAAAAAAAIIIITTT in June we are also bringing the Darkside Lord EINSTEIN out for another sick one as well!
Also we will no longer be located in JOLIET,Il. We had to move our squad to Lisle,IL but our team has grown there and we will have a strong moon and team hope to have it Official 10th planet:Lisle,IL by Mid Camp cant wait to show our hard work Eddie B you know we 10p4L!

We really apologize and never had to do this but the April 19th Coach Zog seminar has to be moved to a different date,which we will have soon! we where not in our new spot as planned :( no worries though we will have him out soon and be in a much better spot:)

Did you come up with a new date yet?
