The Arnold Sports Expo is in Columbus Ohio this weekend. For those that have never heard of it---its HUGE! http://arnoldsportsfestival.com Basically 160K people converge on Columbus for all kinds of events and there is a giant Expo that Fight Chix will be at. If you are in the area, swing by and say hi!

Looks like a cool event!
Before I took any BJJ classes I went there and saw the grappling events...I was hooked.
I hope that one day I can head back to my home town (Columbus) and compete in it. Win or lose it'd be cool to have my family around to see and experience something I enjoy.
Also, there are some crazy powerlifting competitions, ping pong etc. I recommend going for the spectacle and the free swag.
