UFC Fighter Mitch Gagnon launches clothing line and instructional site

Michel Gagnon is has launched a new instructional website and a new clothing line, both called Contant Aggression.

Mitch is a beast. He trains hard. I don't know what the vids are like yet because I haven't signed up yet, but he is sharing all his training and technique tips, from what I gather. Mitch is the guy with me in my Avatar.

He is a purple belt under Professor Richie (Monkey) Nancoo, who is an absolute beast and a Sylvio Behring black belt, founder of our clubs other affiliate, TROOP Jiu Jitsu.
