A question about seminars.

I've nerver been to a seminar and was wondering if you do any actual rolling or if it's just a watch and learn type thing?

Eddie's seminars are 3 hours long. Generally, there is not enough time for rolling.

We rolled for bout an hour after Marcelo's seminar...well I just mainly stood and watched Marcelo roll but what ever LOL

On a side note, is it generally acceptable to bring your own camera and record the seminar?
