Herzog's Seminar

Cant say enough good things about Herzog's seminars. The way he teaches really allows you to retain what he goes over(and we were at it for 4 hours!). My students are forcing these positions and attacking with multiple subs we learned! If you dont know what the clamp, wedge and knee knot, splits etc are you have some work to do!
It would be in your best interest to get with him as soon as possible. (I hear he wants to get with YOU too)

I'm scared. He's threatened to ball punch me AND take my legs home to Rochester

Zog really does have eye opening and game changing seminars.

Herzog is a true martial artist.

I started bringing him down to Decatur a few years back and it has been a huge boost to the skill set of the gym, as well as an excellent education for me as an instructor and a coach. All of the moon heads really ought to consider hosting him.
