So i have a messed up shoulder and doing a cartwheel pass or putting full body weight on my shoulder causes me really bad pain that lasts weeks. So i am looking for some feasible alternatives. Every time i try to do it in class, i spend the rest of the week either out of training healing back up or i try to train through it till the pain gets too bad. My instructor likes do them "and they are fun" but i simply can't do them without causing myself pain.
