I am completely new to the art of Jiu Jitsu and recently was given to opportunity to start taking classes at a small gym close to my home. I was wondering how one should prepare for rolling, I'm pretty overweight, about 6' 285 and am wanting to get in shape a little before I start, any suggestions?
