Does any body have some nice effective pre comp drills out there on the 10th planet as mentioned before my long time friend jarrad mckay is repping 10th planet in the no gi comp down in perth this weekend as far as me and him know he will be the only 10th planet rep there (im filming and i'm still new hence why i wont be ) so if anybody out there has any tips or drills for pre comp's for j-rad could you please let us know
