Street Fighting "etiquette"..

I think everyone knows there is no rules in a street fight. But does anyone else (who have actually been in fights) still fight clean? like I dont think ive ever kicked someone in the balls, gouged eyes, punched in the throat, used a weapon.. none of that. I mean.. i know its really effective, but i dont know.. it just never crosses my mind i guess. Does anyone else tend to fight clean in street fights? (assuming its 1 on 1 and they dont have a weapon.. obviously if someone has a knife, Im going to use anything i can.)

I'm dirty as Fuck in a street fight I don't care how long I've trained for what belts I've earned whatever street fight is between you me and somebody's going to the hospital, bricks trash cans booze bottles of all shapes and sizes, kicks to the teeth of downed aggressors, all par for the course. they'd do the same and if not they shouldn't have started the shit. 7HHC CDC 434Heartless

Ive been bouncing in bars for bout twenty+ years, and very recently, at a bar that I had worked at, two guys were arguing and when one turned to walk away, the other suckered him in the back of the head where the boy fell hit his head against a pool table and cracked his skull. He died three days later. On that note, I have always tried to do my job as a bouncer as professionally as possible, but when its a real fight between me and someone else, there's nothing off limits to me. I have done everything in your previous statement. My goal is to devastate my opponent that he doesnt want to try and come back for seconds. And I try to end it as quickly and violently as possible to get that across, but thats just me. I have been shot, stabbed, cut, hit with everything possible and now I figure old testament style, do onto others, especially before they do onto you.

I have fought too many times to count, and every one of them I fought clean... I hardly ever followed a person to the ground, I let them get up and decide if they still wanted to pursue their endeavor ;) I have done this fighting where I have been jumped, stabbed, and even shot. That's why I say I am a fool. You can't hold yourself to rules that do not apply to your enemy... It is a losing strategy.... I am just the luckiest man on Earth :) Was always fighting for the right reason... I don't know???

I never worry about others ideas of what I should be fighting for. If it happened it happened because somebody fucked with me, and I tended to fuck back harder. You had your reasons and that good enough for me. ;)

lol, well at least i know im not alone :P It's like i KNOW fighting dirty increases your odds of winning by a ton, but i dont know.. i just dont have that killer instinct i guess. I would just feel like crap gouging someones eye or stomping on their head or whatever. But then again.. Im not even good at finishing a fight in MMA. If i knock someone down i have a hard time jumping on them and trying to finish the fight with punches. It just feels inhumane to beat someones face in who hasnt done anything to me lol. But dont get me wrong, id love to be able to.. it'll be a HUGE set back if i try to pursue MMA and i cant finish a fight lol.

Nah, I just beat their face in before they hit the ground, that's why I let them decide if they've had enough. I just always felt bad after beating someones ass (even though they asked for it) That is why I fell in love with Jiu Jitsu. I could gently kick someones ass, and not have to feel bad or worry if they're going to wake up. Now, I'm tryin to perfect combining the two (for MMA). So we can control and destroy both standing and on the ground ;)

i only got into two street fights, one the guy i was arguing with got sucker punched by my friend then i gave him a couple shots while he was dazed so that wasn't a fair fight. then the next one i slapped the guy in the ear with a cupped hand so that wasn't real fair.
