I believe Carlos Machado is in Dallas. I'd try there for sure. He's an awesome teacher.

and the facility is amazing! It's bout a hour from Dallas but well worth the drive

If you want to stick with no-gi you could go to Chris Brennan school. Plus a bonus they have Olympic Gold medalist Kendall Cross teaching wrestling there.
