Tore my pec from my right arm on Saturday and will be having surgery to reattach it to the bone on Friday. Woofukinhoo lol:cool:

Heal Up soon Brandon. What are the chances they can just start building your body out of metal. You may have to compete at Super Ultra Heavyweight, but if they just change out your bone and tissue for metal and oil, you're bound to never get fucked up. :) feel better soon brother!!!

How did you tear it? Will you do anything different when you roll to prevent it from happening again once you're rolling again?
