I just wanted to post this for dummies like myself that didn't know how to properly Granby roll.
BUT, at the same time I have a question! At 1:37, he talks about putting the thumb up... is it just me or that's not what 10p is doing. I'm guessing this is another variation or I was just doing this part wrong.
