Warms ups at non-10th Planet schools

For all ronins attending non-10P schools, what are your warm ups like? Are they always the same?
At my gym the warm ups are usually:

• a few minutes of running + variations (high knees, kick backs etc.)
• shrimps, rolls, crawls, cartwheels, other gymnastic/jiu-jitsu relevant movements

Occasionally we'll do something totally different like really light rolling or playing soccer (with light takedowns allowed).

I didn't much care for the gymnastic stuff at first but I'm much better at granbys, rolls and sit outs now so I can see a positive effect. I think I like the idea of the 10P method of smashing out extra drills of the basics to warm up best though.

Is it a similar story at other gyms? Thanks for your input.

We do ninja roll, back roll, cartwheel, spider walk, shrimping, shoulder walk, hand stand walk and warm A

We go around the mats starting with running, the two lengths of each....forward rolls, backward rolls, forewards bear crawls, backwards bear crawls, and shrimping. Circle up to stretch then a 5 min round of alternating takedowns with a partner. As for the 10P warm ups...I've been running 2-3 extra classes on the weekends where we hammer the 10P warmups and its open to anyone who comes. It took a while at first to go through and teach everyone especially when people didn't always show up but where getting to the point where the majority of the classes are just drilling the flows. Its definitely paying off and its great for me because for one I still get to drill the 10P flows at a non 10P school and it helps me to become a better teacher because ultimately my goal is to get off the grid and have my own moon someday. I love it.

we almost always start with running with variations, then shrimping and reverse shrimping
depending on the instructor the warm ups will change, but they'll almost always be the same ones that particular instructor teaches

I do a Friday session where every week we just do the Warm Ups one after the other. It takes about 90 minutes in total. I was worried people would get bored, but the attendance has been great :)

Note: I'm not from a 10th Planet School, but LOVE Eddie's mentality and thought process with this.

We start with 100 leap overs, then 100 passes to each side, followed by 50 triangles, armbar and omoplata combos each side. Then we rep about 50 times the move of the day, then roll shark tank style

I like that style. My forward rolls have improved from doing forward rolls but I'd be happier if my triangles had improved instead.

Running in a circle for like 8 mins, knees high, heel to but, sprints sometimes, lateral movements, stop for squats or lungs, standing low back rotation (not anymore since I talked to the coach about how it's a unnatural movement without sounding like a douch) shoulder rotations, rotator cuff rotations. Hip rotations when we are on her back, imaginary upas, neck flex ion and rotation and extensions, child's pose, cobra, stacking ourselves. And that's it. I liked the ones we did in Ottawa better though, but it was a jj school, this one is more of an mma school.

We did triangles, are bars and omoplatas, but the warmup kind where we are spinning not completing the submission. And another series where we were doing passes. It was supper useful, reminded me of what Eddie is doing.

Anything from squats to headspins. Capoeira to freezes. Half our warmup is agility then the other is drilling standup. But we're 10p. I've been to sooo many schools that I feel wasted the first 1-2 hours. So frustrating.

Agility translates to every athletic endeavor. You can't be agile without strength, balance, coordination, and flexibilty.
