Agreed. I've come to realize that I love training for a competition even more than the competition itself. If I lose, I don't want an excuse for it. I want to be completely devastated.

I don't always find myself agreeing with Ryan Hall.... But this was good stuff for sure!

I love that guy. He has an incredible mind. Would love to spend a week picking his brain.
