"Payment error" in store?

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum but I've been a 10th planet lover since I first started jits thanks to my 10th planet fanatic jiu jitsu coach. I'm trying to order a few things off the store (I'll be the first person in Ireland to show the BJJ players in denial in competition that 10th Planet is legit while looking awesome all kitted out in 10th planet gear) but once I put in all my details, it's telling me "Payment error: This transaction cannot be processed". Is this an issue everyone is having at the moment or just me?
