2nd Herniatied disc and I'm only 21

Well unfortunately my training at HQ will have to be cut short by 2 weeks as I'm pretty sure I've slightly herniated a disc in my lower back anteriorlly. Happened last night whilst doing live drills at HQ for the black mamba to 1/4 guard to single x sweep. The disc was sore when I hyperextended too much when stretching but since it's an anterior problem, I rarely felt it when rolling, however I'm pretty sure I caused it by doing too many hyperextension exercises when rehabbing my posterior disc bulge last year. The injury last year is fine now but now this! :(
Anyone ever had to deal with this type of herniation?

Also thanks to everyone at HQ and Eddie for training with me and making me feel welcome, and showing me awesome stuff that defo will be added to my game once I'm back, still 2 weeks left in LA so hopefully il be in the gym to watch before I head home and once walking isn't so fucking hard!

Damn dude! That fucking sucks!! Are you sure it's a disc problem and not just a tight back? I've had lower back problems forever but when I roll out my T bands(sides of thighs) with a rumble roller it makes it feel soooo much better!

Fairly certain it's a disc, happened once before, which was a freak incident and the pain is exactly the same except in the opposite way! hopefully like last time it's not too bad as last time it was only a slight herniation and was okay after a while. Felt it pop at the time, directly on my spine the pop was from, however that's not to say it hasn't been caused by tight muscles or muscular imbalances, regardless this sucks! :(

I've lived with my C1, C3, C4, 2 in my Thoracic, & 2 in my Lumbar being herniated for the past 13 or so years. Never had any insurances that would cover pre-existing injuries so I have just had to deal with them best I can. My neck hasn't bothered me in years but all I hear is grit when I turn or roll my neck.

So strange reading posts where ppl have health issues and because no insurance no help. Forgets somtimes how lucky i am being born in Sweden. (Thou no HQ here:( ).
But i thought obamacare would help you guys out.

Thanks very much guys, came back from it before so I'm not going let this one stop me! Like I said I'm pretty I caused this one trying yo fix my slight posterior disc bulge by over hyper extending far too many times over the previous year, just need go sort out a better rehab program :)

I injured my back (L3/L4) in 2000. The pain was so bad that I wasn't able to hold my newborn daughter. While grocery shopping I had to push a cart so I could put the weight of my upper body on it. My orthopedic surgeon was discussing fusing my back, which sounded scary as hell to me. I suffered for a long time in silence, working the whole time. I learned to live with the pain. It sucked. I don't remember exactly what year I found this book. Maybe '03/'04? I remember that the exercises seemed so foolish to me at the time, they still do actually but I believe that this book saved my life. I did the exercises, constantly corrected my poor posture, and slowly started noticing less pain. I started swimming, then jogging, and in 2006 I decided to get back into Judo, which I had enjoyed as a child, I steamrolled my division in a tournament in 2007 www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfzJMX7GyEU . Then I got really busy with work and life for some time. I've been balancing work, life, Jiu Jitsu for a couple years now and nobody that rolls with me ever says, "be careful with him he has a bad back".
