lol, yeah me too.
You know I normally stay at campgrounds when I come up to train with you in Grants Pass. Last time a police officer clued me into sleeping in my jeep at the walmart parking lot. It wasn't too bad.
Tryon Creek State Park is only 14 minutes from 10th Planet Portland. Ill do some research on the camping possibilities and costs.
You could always go Panda style and string up a hammock beside the parking lot and camp in the middle of town.
In winter.
The state parks are totally booked as of now. They do process 80-100 cancellations per day so there maybe hope. Tryon Creek is day use only. Hostels are booked as well.
Still investigating other options.
What about a motel 6? Think they are usually about $70 a night around this area so if you find a couple more peeps you should have it pretty cheap.
I was thinking of pitching a tent down by the River under the bridge :)
Wal-Mart is a guerrilla campers dream, but when you Google Motel 6 there it has Strip Club listed as amenity so I think it is a no brainer.
