Wow Nate dominated, his north south is unreal and those knees from the vice grip, holy shit.
I missed recording my favorite part, during the prefight check he was fixing his hair and the commentator mentioned that guys that fix their hair before they enter the cage are 3-0 in One FC. A random stat but it seemed to hold true.
I'm so proud of Nate, he trained really hard. Beautiful North/South Choke, classic Nate :)

When I went to San Fran to train with Denny. Nathan welcomed me with locked arms into 7 guillotines and like 2 NS chokes in one round. He's super legit and I'm super pumped to know that I've trained with a dude who fights in the ONEFC. Keep on trucking Nathan!!!
If you've trained with Nate, you know that north south is death.
Denny did an outstanding job with Nate, you don't see N/S chokes very often in MMA. Nate is a born killer. UFC bound :)
