Knee injury issues in Rubber guard.

Hi i train at home with my brother following Eddie's instructional dvds.I read somewhere on the internet that Rubber guard f*** up your knees. Not sure if this is true or not, (i dont want to do anything regretful)If it is, how do i practice rubberguard without f***ing up my knees

Basketball is worse for knees than RG. But don't play too much RG until you can do the yoga position "lotus". Welcome aboard! :)

I've been playing rubber guard for 8 years. No knee injuries.

Basketball gave me 3 knee surgeries and a destroyed ankle.

Regardless of how flexible you are, bad technique will lead to injuries.
