Every day we hit warm ups D we do live standing passing drills with dude on the bottom's hands behind his head for the entire class
If someone stands up in my guard i'll try and see how i can stop them from passing without using my hands. Its definitely helped my leg dexterity and hip movement!
We've done no hands guard passing before. It's a great workout for your legs. I even managed to triangle someone once lol
