Hey Guys,
I often stuck in the double bag right before I try to clear the neck.. As soon as I let go the mission Control (while in double bag) my leg on the neck drops down a bit and I have then problems to bring it up to the neck again to clear the neck (while still holding the double bag).
Are you guys having some tips, how I can avoid droping my leg right before clearing the neck (while in double bag)?

I know exactly what you mean. The only thing I can recommend is to make sure you are doing a strong hamstring curl with your mission control leg, and try to keep your calf hooked into the crook of the neck, and when you let go and clear the neck, make it fast.
Sometimes I just can't keep that leg up there and I have to bail on the doublebag hand and use it to bring my mission control leg back up. If you were one of those guys that could sit at a dinner table and feed yourself with a fork using nothing but your feet, you wouldn't have a problem.
Only thought of this now so I'm not 100% sure on it but try the meat hook first and then transition to chill dog if that makes sense. Gonna' test it out as soon as my sisters boyfriend gets home from work.

WAIT, disregard what I just said. I just notice you're a brown belt and I don't even train....LOL
