Amazing Triangle Seminar at 10th Planet Decatur

Just wanted to say thanks to Brandon Mccaghren for the awesome Triangle seminar last Saturday. Picked up some great drills and some pointers that will greatly improve my triangle game. Probably the first three years of jiu jitsu, my triangle game was nonexistent. I only used the triangle position to go for armbars. Brandon has helped me out over the years to change that mindset, and this weekend definitely took my game to new levels.

Brandon will be in Knoxville, TN Sept 13th doing a seminar, with a sub-only tournament beforehand. Be sure to make it if you can.
