The other night I had a guy in what I felt was a preaty tight Hindu control. My first go to was obviously the choke but, whilst attempting the choke I got as far as a loose "S" grip and then for whatever reason I don't know if I was pulling too much on my leg or what but my knee popped. Now I can hardly walk the next morning. Thoughts?
