I thought he brought up some great points. Looking back I took for granted the catch wrestling school that used to be near my home, now the only other thing I have for complimentary grappling is a Sambo school a few towns over. The rest of the area is all jiu jitsu, with a couple random judo schools mixed in.

I only do catch wrestling in the gi.

I wear a hakama too, just to mess with people. ;)

Great article. I think his speedo gave him an unfair advantage due to how uncomfortable it made me to watch it. I think it stunned Dean...hahah

I've never grappled with a catch wrestler. What's it like for those who have done so?
