Something like this *may* be able to meet your needs from your own (same) website forum data:

As far as showing the same data feed from the 10thplanetjj.com forum you would likely have to use an RSS feed plugin/widget (something like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-rss-widget/ ) that pulled the recent Nibiru forum posts RSS data feed using this RSS feed URL for the forum:
