I like how he is re-tweeting news crew pics of SWAT outside his house as they go through their various preparations for whatever they are going to do. He is also inviting more and more people to come watch it unfold which could potentially mean more coverage of SWAT for him to monitor.
I'm sure Mayhem doesn't have a master (or any) plan here, but it's an interesting strategy.
