When you roll, pull half guard every time. Work on getting the lockdown and practice your squeeze and whipping. #repetition
Sometimes I like to take a foam roller and wrap my legs around it like a lockdown and extend, then flip the legs and do it with the other side, going back and forth between my legs.
I feel like it helps me at least a little. Gets my heart rate up too.
You want a killer squeeze on your lockdown, yes.
Now here's the dirty little secret of lockdown: once you develop that squeeze, you gotta stop squeezing so you can move.
