half gi, half no gi approach?
After being sidelined by an arm bar injury for a bit I've been thinking how I'll reschedule how I'll train, at first I was 70 percent gi 30 no gi, it's just the timing of the classes that really made it that way, but now I've decided I'm probably gonna do straight up half and half, I always felt my nogi game was slipping and vice versa, and progressing and attaining traditional bjj belts means a lot to me, opinions on how yall go about training? how many classes/rolls u do in a week would love to hear opinions
