My instructor at 10th Planet Beaumont, Brian Debes, won a competition using a leg in triangle.
I can't see me being able to do it with the set up this guy used though. Especially not on anyone good. Moves directly from 50/50 to it with no control, no gable grip on the legs (cradle) to secure the position... maybe HE can do it, I'd love to see it live from him if so.
I first saw a "leg in triangle" AKA "electric triangle" from Cade Nelson. It works better than expect from certain set ups, at least for me.
