Im sure that i am over lookin the techniques but I cant find escape from alcatraz anywhere. Also any other mount escapes would be great. Theres a big strong guy at my gym and when he mounts me its murder. I know I should focus on not letting him mount me but damn doesn't it happen to all of us. Hes got killer takedowns and hes like 4 inches shorter than me making it tougher on me when he changes levels. . Thanks

Eddie also shows Alcatraz in MTS episode 75 while talking about reverse Alcatraz. Actually he shows 4 different mount escapes while talking about reverse Alcatraz (Guantanamo, Alcatraz, reverse Alcatraz, and a shrimp).
