Why can I not load pics to my page?

I'm using an iPad and can't seem to upload photos. What simple thing am I missing lol Please help.

It's saying pics have to be 300x300 not sure how to resize on iPad.

you need to go to a website online (google for it) that will resize the photo for you. then download that to your ipad, then upload it to the forum.
