Favourite / Most Effective Flow?

Hi guys,

I LOVE the warmups: the flows have made me so much sharper and helped massively in recognising positions / transitions and submission opportunities.

I've seen some of the higher-level 10th Planet guys posting up some very cool flows (Nathan Orchard, Denny, Geo, etc) and found it really useful to add one or two of those onto the end of my warmup session - just so I'm trying something new from time to time.

I thought it would be fun and useful to ask you guys what your favourite flow is (i.e. chain of 3, 4, 5 transitions)
