Amazon Marketplace or Ebay you can get it at a decent price. It might require adding it to your watch list and checking daily, but the prices do go down to 'reasonable'.
If the book is out of print I wonder if Eddie would "ok" the circulating of a PDF of the book?
Any book store or Amazon should have it. Barnes and Nobles carries them for instance.
