10P Van Nuys hosted a Karo Parisyan seminar today; I went and had a really good time. I think Karo mentioned he will be doing another seminar at HQ.

I would sell everything I have and live on the streets for a year to attend a seminar with Karo....
I checked out his video judo for mma at the public library. Defiantly worth the price of admission to watch it. That guy can send you flying through the air like you have been launched from a catapult !
