It's the "Submission Hunter" rashguard for 10th Planet Portland. Try looking it up on the Phalanx page on Facebook, I'm pretty sure I've seen it there.
It's portlands school rashguard. Nathan had medium, large and xl this past weekend so hit him up for costs and stuff. He has some available.
