I train with a lot of wrestlers and I really have trouble with the kung fu move they keep their head super tight against my stomach. I can get to chill dog just fine but they hold my hips very tight and keep their head down. Any tips for what to do from here?
Often the answer to this is to be patient and wait for an opening. Its called chill dog for a reason, you may have to chill there for a bit
But if you need to push the issue the crowbar is a good option, basic and old school but still very effective
