For the love of the rubber guard.
This past weekend at BFA 5, one girl that has been following Cora on FB asked me to coach her. She's from OKC and her coach didn't come with her this time. This was her 3rd BFA and she really wanted that belt. So right before her match, I went to talk to her and her dad and come up with a plan. The girl she was fighting is from American Top Team in FL and is super tough. So I told her not to try and wrestle that girl and just pull guard and work the rubber guard. She have been watching all of Cora's video so she was familiar with it, sort of..:) So with about 5 minutes of instruction, she went and win this match and then onto win the belt. She's the one in white. I'm going to try and get her to the South West Training Camp with Jason Greer as she need to defend her title in Sept in the No Gi.
