As far as I'm aware, it is illegal, but you might want to check that just in case

By the way guys, since I changed gym from tristar quebec to sampa Im getting a lot more days of jj, 7 classes (or open mat) out of 7 days, its mostly fundamental classes but I"m ony a blue belt so its all good, Im getting my confidence back grappling with white belts but a few r pretty darn good for white belts.

So it's not exactly the honey hole, but the kick back is pretty similar. It's also a killer position if you're looking to add a leg lock game to your half guard attacks. And like I said, it's ibjjf legal.
