This was a really fun episode to film.
In the interview, Giva talks about:

-Why swearing when you get submitted or swept in class is the worst thing you can do.
-Why he prefers armbars over chokes (particularly in MMA)

Really enjoyed this. I like how De La Giva sweeps let you keep a clinch (and an underhook) through the sweeps.
