Start with the warm ups. Become a pro member so you can watch all the MTS vids with all the techniques Eddie teaches at HQ. Join a jiu Jitsu school. Find a partner and rep rep rep and most of all have fun:cool:
There is so much material out there now. Between books and DVDs to online instructional. Know this isn't an endeavor that takes weeks. It take years sometimes to feel like you know the basics. But time is all you need. Well time and a partner. Ok...time, a partner and a high level instructor to help you make what you do well, better and fix what you're doing wrong. Have fun!

Stretch all the time. While watching tv, while sitting at work, just stretch. It pays off. Look at eddies books to see the most beneficial stretched. Learn the warm ups.
Whatever you do, don't eat like crap. It'll ruin your engine when you train.
